We finally ordered prints from our pro shoot with Michelle Cross Photography, and these are the three to which we bought the digital rights. We still didn’t get as many of AJ and me together that I really liked as I would have liked, but that is definitely a problem with me being hyper-critical of my own appearance, not the photographer, who was awesome and got some GREAT shots (as you can see).
The dress that AJ is wearing in the photo with me was made for her by my best friend, who is currently setting up an Etsy shop for baby clothes—I’ll link it when I have the URL (not sure if it’s live yet or not). I believe that picture was taken right after a rollicking game of “This is the way the ladies ride…” She sure loves bouncing.
The polka dot dress came from Kohl’s, a present from my MIL. It’s pretty adorable. You may recall it from other photo posts in which I was encouraged to take it to the pro shoot. :p
And the one she she’s wearing in the family shot (also from Kohl’s) was purchased solely because it had a matching white diaper cover and we realized, before the wedding to which we never actually made it, that we didn’t have anything to cover her disposables with. It’s a cute dress anyway.
